The final edit of the film was 4 minutes 3 seconds. I feel this is
a perfect time for a short film, like ours with no talking. I feel it had been
over 5 minutes it may have got boring for the audience. I was really happy with
story and message we managed to convey in such a short time, film wise and
project time wise. Both characters have a very similar amount of screen time,
keeping it consistent. I have tried to edit quick shots that are constantly
changing angle. This gives the audience different perspectives and makes the
film more dynamic. I feel the members of our group that played the characters
suited their roles making it more convincing. We also tried to make the shots
comical and as if they had been faked, adding humour to the piece. Trying to keep
it so its not just a video made for advise but also to entertain. Adding music
to the video dramatically changed it. Helping it to add humour, through cutting
from jolly to intense music.
